TESMO is a premium marketplace management agency (Amazon, Walmart, Target, Chewy) working with established consumer brands across outdoor, apparel, supplements, CPG, and pet categories. We are bringing our demand-gen function in-house and are looking for an experienced B2B growth contractor to help rebuild and run our marketing engine. This is an ongoing contractor role (10–20 hours/week to start) working directly with our CEO and internal team. We’re looking for someone who can move quickly, act with clarity, and bring structure to our LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, and HubSpot workflows. You must be experienced — this is not a junior role. Responsibilities LinkedIn Ads • Set up, structure, and manage campaigns • Build segmented audiences aligned to our ICP/SuperWho targets • Launch and test creative variations (working with our designer) • Optimize for CTR, CPC, and qualified lead quality • Implement proper UTM tracking and reporting Google Ads • Manage Search + Performance Max campaigns • Build keyword lists, negatives, and refine match types • Audit and improve account structure and conversion tracking • Provide weekly insights and actionable recommendations HubSpot Marketing Setup & Management • Build forms, workflows, and simple nurturing sequences • Ensure clean attribution and lead routing • Configure dashboards for demand-gen reporting • Maintain source/medium tracking integrity Landing Pages • Work with our designer to set up LPs in Webflow/Unbounce • Implement best practices for conversion rate optimization • Coordinate A/B tests • Ensure tracking is connected and working properly Reporting & Insights • Deliver weekly performance snapshots • Identify winning angles, audiences, and creative • Suggest new tests and iterate quickly Requirements • 5+ years in B2B demand generation • Must have strong experience with LinkedIn Ads (non-negotiable) • Strong Google Ads experience (Search required) • Hands-on HubSpot expertise: forms, workflows, nurturing, attribution • Experience with landing page frameworks (Webflow or Unbounce helpful) • Comfort working with small teams and moving quickly • Strong communication and strategic thinking • Able to work with minimal direction once strategy is set • Experience with agencies or service businesses is a plus What Success Looks Like • Clean, structured campaigns built around our ICP • Clear weekly insights with recommended actions • Improved CTRs and lower CPCs on LinkedIn • LP conversion improvements • Reliable attribution flows in HubSpot • A measurable increase in qualified pipeline Time Commitment & Engagement 10–20 hours per week to start Long-term potential based on performance How to Apply Please include: • A short note describing your experience with LinkedIn, Google, and HubSpot • 2–3 examples of campaigns you managed (screenshots or summaries) • Your hourly rate • Availability • Any relevant case studies or work samples
