We’re looking for an experienced Azure DevOps contractor to build clean, reliable pipelines for our ABP.io SaaS solution (ASP.NET Core backend, Angular frontend, SQL Server database). Scope Create Azure DevOps pipelines for: Backend (.NET 9 / ABP.io) build + publish + deploy Frontend (Angular 18) build + artifact publish + deploy to App Service / Static Web Apps Database migrations using our existing ABP DbMigrator console app (schema + seed updates) Implement configuration and variables management: Per-environment variable groups (Dev / QA / Prod) Secrets in Azure Key Vault wired into pipelines App settings management for appsettings.Environment.json and Angular environment.env.ts Connection strings and tenant-related settings set via pipeline variables, not hardcoded Set up automated deployment workflow with approvals and rollback strategy. Requirements Strong Azure DevOps YAML pipeline experience Experience with ASP.NET Core, ABP.io, Angular, EF Core migrations Proven track record with Key Vault, variable groups, and environment-based config Ability to design a clean, maintainable CI/CD approach with minimal manual steps Deliverables Working CI pipeline (backend + frontend) Working CD pipelines for each environment Database migration pipeline integrated with our DbMigrator Documented configuration/variables strategy (what lives where, and how to update it safely)
