Job Description Responsibilities: Oversee and manage the end-to-end reporting process for Common Reporting Standard (CRS) and Foreign Account Tax Compliance Act (FATCA) submissions to IRAS, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reporting, with strong governance over data quality and submission timelines. Act as the central liaison within the bank for data extraction, transformation, and upload activities related to CRS and FATCA reporting. Perform data analysis and validation to ensure consistency, accuracy, and completeness of reportable data prior to submission. Communicate and escalate material clarifications or discrepancies requested by IRAS to relevant internal stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment. Lead first-level investigations into IRAS queries and notices, coordinating with internal teams to formulate and deliver appropriate responses. Facilitate and drive cross-functional discussions to resolve reporting issues and ensure cohesive stakeholder engagement. Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support automation efforts to enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy. Provide guidance and oversight to junior team members, fostering a culture of compliance, accountability, and continuous improvement. Opportunities to be trained and involved in other external regulatory reporting initiatives beyond CRS and FATCA to broaden regulatory knowledge Requirements: Bachelor Degree in any discipline; a background in Finance, Accounting, or Data Analytics is advantageous. Prior experience in CRS and FATCA reporting or related regulatory reporting is preferred. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret, validate, and manage large datasets. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the organization. Demonstrated leadership capabilities, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team. High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy and regulatory compliance. Proactive, self-motivated, and resilient in managing complex regulatory requirements and deadlines. Familiarity with data tools or reporting platforms (e.g., Excel, SQL, or similar) is a plus.
