About the Role

• Join a fast-moving autonomous ride-hailing company at the forefront of mobility innovation. As an Operations Specialist, you’ll ensure our AV fleet is mission-ready every day through hands-on calibration, software deployment, troubleshooting, and cross-team communication.
• You’ll work closely with engineering, logistics, and support teams to monitor fleet health, conduct on-vehicle validations, and handle vehicle readiness end-to-end.
• 🚘 Responsibilities
• Perform daily system checks and calibrations on autonomous fleet vehicles
• Drive test vehicles for data collection post-upgrade or repair
• Deploy software and manage system tools via terminal, GUI, and Git
• Maintain detailed logs and communicate calibration status across multiple teams
• Collaborate with engineers to troubleshoot issues and document solutions
• Ensure vehicle cleanliness, operational readiness, and equipment organization
• Support logistics for vehicle movements and documentation
• 🔧 Requirements
• Valid driver's license with a clean record (no points)
• Able to pass background check, MVR, and drug screening
• Experience in autonomous vehicles, robotics, or mobility operations
• Hands-on technical skills: command line, software tools, troubleshooting
• Strong attention to detail, organized, and reliable
• Team player with excellent communication skills

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Background in QA, fleet tech, field ops, or system testing
