• As a Product Specialist you are Instrumental to the dealership's vehicle post sales by assisting with vehicle delivery to customer and providing product demonstrations to customers, assisting with technology, and resolving issues promptly and effectively. You would report to a Sales Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
• Previous work experience in any field, required
• Ability to multi-task in a demanding environment
• Team oriented, flexible, and focused on maintaining a high level of customer service.
• All applicants must be authorized to work in the USA
• Ability to demonstrate the ability to pass pre-employment testing including background checks, MVR, drug test, and valid driver's license
• Must have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under shop insurance policy (Not an excluded driver)
• Bilingual, (Preferred but not necessary)

Essential Duties, but not limited to

• Possess in-depth, expert knowledge of the brand and products in order to answer any questions the Guest has regarding the vehicle that is being delivered.
• Provide a thorough product demonstration and explanation of key technological features, at the Guest’s request.
• Follow-up with Guest to answer product questions.
• Perform 2nd deliveries (if necessary).
• Troubleshoot “feature function” questions on the service drive.
• Pairing and/or syncing phones and explaining features on vehicle loaners.
• Provide in-store sales staff training.
• Be present during all Guest clinics.
• Maintain product knowledge through dealer training and self-study.
• Maintain a professional and business-like standard of dress consistent with the dress code requirements of the dealership.
• Know and follow the work schedule, arriving at work on time.
• Adhere to work schedule and arrive at work before your scheduled start time and be at your workstation productively engaged by the scheduled time.

• Salary Range: $18.00 to $26.00 hourly
