Job Description: We’re looking for a part-time Customer Service Agent to handle customer inquiries via email for our performance car parts business. This is a long-term position with the potential to grow in hours and responsibilities over time. Strong knowledge of Japanese street performance cars (especially Nissan and Infiniti models, particularly VQ engines) Passion for car modifications, performance tuning, and aftermarket parts Excellent written English and professional communication skills Reliable and consistent — must be able to respond 1-2 hours every day (5 days a week) Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required Attention to detail and ability to follow provided documentation (“master sheet”) You’ll be responsible for providing friendly, accurate, and knowledgeable support to customers — primarily enthusiasts and owners of Japanese street performance cars (Nissan, Infiniti, VQ-series engines, etc.).
