• What You’ll Do
• Greet customers and schedule service appointments with professionalism and care
• Document vehicle concerns accurately and ensure clear communication with technicians
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on manufacturer guidelines
• Provide transparent cost estimates and keep customers informed throughout the service process
• Review repair orders for accuracy and completeness
• Help maintain an efficient service flow by coordinating vehicle movement and communication between departments
