Job Description: We are building a scalable influencer marketing engine and need an experienced automation engineer who can design, build, and deploy workflows that connect influencer discovery, data management, and outreach. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Airtable, Apify (or other scraping/automation tools), and OpenAI APIs to automate lead capture, enrichment, and personalized outreach. Responsibilities: Build automation workflows that scrape influencer data (social platforms, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) using Apify or similar tools. Clean, enrich, and organize influencer data in Airtable for filtering and campaign management. Design integrations to trigger OpenAI prompts that generate personalized outreach messages, emails, and follow-ups based on influencer profiles. Implement rules for influencer scoring, categorization, and prioritization. Ensure the automation stack is scalable, reliable, and able to run at volume with minimal manual intervention. Provide clear documentation of workflows and APIs used. Requirements: Proven experience with Apify, Puppeteer/Playwright, or similar web automation/scraping frameworks. Strong understanding of Airtable automations, APIs, and relational database structuring. Experience integrating OpenAI GPT models for content generation. Background in building automation pipelines (Zapier, Make, custom scripts, etc.). Ability to work with proxies, session management, and scraping at scale (a plus). Familiarity with influencer marketing platforms and campaign workflows is a bonus. Provide a loom video of example that match exactly to our requirement.
