  • Role Summary
  • We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic performer to lead and execute the implementation of RPA (robotic process automation) and AI tools across ID.me’s operational teams. This individual will own the roadmap, evaluation, implementation, ongoing optimization, and performance of automation technologies designed to improve the speed, accuracy, and quality of internal processes.
  • This role will partner closely with Operations, Product, Engineering, Data Engineering, and Business Insights to identify opportunities for automation, ensure thoughtful implementation, and measure impact. The ideal candidate brings a mix of technical aptitude, operational insight, and strong stakeholder management skills.
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Define and drive the roadmap for RPA and AI tooling across multiple business functions with a focus on scalability, reliability, and compliance
  • Partner with cross-functional leaders to identify high-impact opportunities for automation and AI-powered optimization.
  • Oversee the design, build, testing, and deployment of RPA bots and AI models (including generative AI and LLMs) in collaboration with technical partners.
  • Evaluate and select RPA/AI platforms and ensure integration with ID.me’s existing systems. Manage vendor relationships if applicable
  • Build playbooks, training, and best practices to enable frontline teams to adopt and scale automation. Serve as a champion for responsible AI use within the company.
  • Ensure all automation initiatives meet internal standards for privacy, security, and compliance. Partner with Legal and Compliance teams on guardrails for AI usage.
  • Define KPIs to track impact on quality, speed, and cost. Conduct post-implementation reviews and iterate on design for continuous improvement.
  • Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in a quantitative field (Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, etc.) from a top-tier university
  • 1+ years of experience in operations, process improvement, product operations, or technology implementation roles
  • Demonstrated experience leading automation or AI projects in a business environment (e.g., RPA, LLMs, NLP, chatbots, workflow automation)
  • Strong program management skills and ability to manage multiple initiatives concurrently
  • Excellent cross-functional communication and stakeholder management
  • Comfortable working with technical and non-technical audiences
  • Experience with tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or OpenAI APIs preferred
