I’m consistently disappointed with AT&T’s customer support service Connect Tech, and require part time service to re-install 4 out of 5 missing email accounts on my new computer PC and laptop using your own remote access software. The ideal tech and independent freelancer must possess prior experience and certification(s) with accessing and troubleshooting Outlook email account issues and changing the settings as needed to restore functional accounts. Prior experience working in IT as a customer support specialist for an internet service provider (ISP) is highly desirable as well as the following skills: 1. AT&T (or other ISP) customer support. 2. IMAP/SMTP/Port settings and troubleshooting. 3. Linking my AT&T accounts and enabling me to access online my monthly usage and billing reports 4. Maintain secure access to my user ID’s ad passwords. 5. Manage my account and profile settings as needed. 6. Provide clear written instructions and explanations in English for me to fix issues on my own. 7. Provide your certification(s) as an IT support professional. 8. Recover missing emails for all 5 @att.net accounts (in the thousands). 9. Restore my AT&T PC Maintenance Toolbox. 10. Work with secure mail keys as needed. I need to regain access asap for these accounts and missing emails and the selected freelancer must solve these issues this coming weekend December 13 & 14, 2025. Thank you!
