Responsibilities of an AT&T Team Member:

• Manage customer accounts, ensuring a professional and positive experience
• Learn in-depth product knowledge about AT&T telecommunication services to confidently assist each customer
• Deliver personalized solutions by identifying customer needs and creating long-term customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on the newest products, promotions, and services to maximize sales opportunities
• Follow up with customers after the sales process to encourage customer loyalty and repeat sales
• Uphold company standards and compliance guidelines while completing all sales orders

• Strong communication skills with the ability to connect with customers
