As an AT&T Representative, you will be helping customers find the right phone and solutions that fit their needs and communication desires. This AT&T Representative role combines sales experience with meaningful customer interaction which is perfect for driven individuals who want to succeed in business.

Our AT&T Representatives will be responsible for helping customers explore AT&T’s phone services while offering guidance, building relationships, and supporting outreach goals with care and confidence. The AT&T Representative will get full development in this role and ongoing support to help you thrive with AT&T sales and our customers. It’s a great role for those who enjoy helping others, building new skills, and being part of a supportive outreach team.

AT&T Representative Responsibilities:

• Share AT&T service options with customers, answer questions, and offer helpful recommendations that fit their needs
• Support customers through plan selection and sales enrollment, making sure everything runs smoothly and leaves them feeling confident with their accounts
• Present and promote AT&T wireless services directly to customers
• Execute sales strategies that convert conversations into activations and satisfy customers.
• Collaborate with teammates to contribute to the success of the AT&T services and overall business operations
• Gather feedback from customer conversations and share insights to help improve outreach and sales strategies

AT&T Representative Qualifications:

• Prior working experience in a customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, representative, or similar role
• Strong communication skills to confidently explain AT&T service options and answer customer questions with clarity and care
• Genuine interest in learning new skills and building a long-term career
• Time management and adaptability
• Able to stay professional when handling customers questions
• Organized and detail oriented

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $3,800.00 - $5,000.00 per month

Work Location: On the road
