As a professional sales and client service firm, Off Shore Management creates advanced solutions for telecommunications companies within the Fremont area. We focus on consumer preferences, sales performance, and modern business practices to provide consistent service to our clients and customers. Customer Success Associates will be working with our most recent telecommunications partner, AT&T, to connect their top-tier technology to our local region.

Customer Success Associates are responsible for representing the client and ensuring new advancements are being properly communicated to the client’s consumer base. This is achieved through friendly, informative, and direct sales presentations that take local needs and preferences into account when creating positive customer experiences.

Customer Success Associate Responsibilities:

  • Create sales through in-person engagement with potential customers and providing information about AT&T products and services
  • Initiate direct conversations to inquire about customer needs and provide potential solutions
  • Follow accurate confidentiality and local protocols, aligning with the Customer Success Associate position
  • Utilize technology provided by the company and client to connect potential customers to proper resources and ensure confidence in the sales process
  • Support the Customer Success Associate team by providing additional information for customer sales and identifying leads
  • Communicate with management and client representatives to improve within the Customer Success Associate position

Customer Success Associate Qualities:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent is required; further education in Business Administration, Marketing, or a similar field is a plus
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • 1-3 years experience in retail, customer service, sales, business, or client management, in order to properly work with our clients
  • The ability to work independently as a Customer Success Associate and collaboratively with the Sales, Client Service, and Management teams within the office
  • Detail-oriented and the ability to follow client protocols

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
