Responsibilities of an AT&T Brand Enrollment Associate:

As an AT&T Brand Enrollment Associate, you’ll be on the front lines helping people find the best plans and devices for their needs. You’ll get hands-on training, mentorship, and tons of experience in sales, customer service, and communication. Here’s what your day might look like:

• The AT&T Brand Enrollment Associate will be talking with customers in person and helping them find the perfect AT&T solution for their lifestyle.
• Delivering top-tier customer service — listening, solving problems, and leaving every interaction on a positive note.
• Learning proven sales techniques and creative ways to connect with customers.
• Collaborating with other AT&T Brand Enrollment Associates to hit team goals and celebrate success together.
• Attending daily meetings and workshops to sharpen your sales and customer service skills.
• Getting involved in AT&T marketing events, pop-up booths, and community outreach activities.
• Following up with customers to make sure their experience stays 5-star from start to finish.
• Representing the AT&T name with enthusiasm, professionalism, and a genuine desire to help people.
• Gaining leadership skills that will prepare you for more advanced roles beyond Entry Level.

Pay: $49,011.00 - $59,024.00 per year
