We’re seeking an AT&T Account Trainee who excels in fast-paced Sales environments, communicates effectively, and enjoys connecting with customers to deliver the best telecommunications solutions. Whether you’re just starting out or have prior Sales experience, our hands-on training will equip you to succeed and grow within the telecommunications industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers as a trusted AT&T Account Trainee
• Engage in direct Sales interactions to promote AT&T’s telecommunications products and services
• Educate customers on the latest telecommunications innovations to meet their needs
• Consistently meet and exceed Sales targets through consultative and solution-based approaches
• Manage client accounts and ensure complete satisfaction with all telecommunications services
• Work collaboratively with your Sales team to strategize outreach, retention, and growth efforts
• Represent the AT&T Account Trainee brand with professionalism and enthusiasm

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Previous Sales experience is a plus, but not required — training is provided
• Passion for the telecommunications industry and customer satisfaction
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Reliable transportation and a positive attitude
