Job Description: Job Summary Associate Strategy Consultant works on a strategy project Team, executing on a part of an overall project. In this role, the Associate Strategy Consultant will, at the guidance of project Team Leadership, perform quantitative analyses, prepare presentation materials, interact with internal clients, and work to determine insights related to their part of the broader project. Responsibilities Perform high-quality, complex quantitative analyses guided by specific input from project Team Leadership Collaboratively engage with numerous peers and Leaders across the Company to gather qualitative input, research relevant hypotheses, source data, etc. Synthesize quantitative and qualitative analyses into insights and perspectives, particularly within assigned piece of overall project Pose questions and offer perspectives to project Team members and Leadership to help develop the overall project solution and associated recommendations Work with project Team Leadership to draft slides or other media to communicate insights from analyses Present relevant sections of analysis in Sr. Leader and Executive meetings Strive for a high level of individual ownership when completing assigned project tasks Seek to rapidly develop subject matter familiarity, even if new to the topic May perform other job duties as directed by Employee’s Leaders • Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Skilled with performing analysis in Excel and developing communications materials in PowerPoint and familiar with other tools, e.g. Word, Visio, etc. Ability to collect, organize, visualize and assimilate data including turning raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented analytical tools and visualization software Ability to collect and synthesize qualitative data into meaningful insights alongside quantitative analysis Ability to use logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems Ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense Education Required: High School Diploma or GED Experience Intermediate level experience, fully functioning broad knowledge in: Analytical problem solving Partnering with internal and external Teams Communication through storytelling Licensing/Certification N/A Physical Abilities Ability to perform work duties from limited space work station/desk/office area for extended periods of time Ability to communicate and interact with others in the English language to meet the demands of the job Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job Ability to lift and/or carry up to 10 lbs. Other Qualifications Must be a U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986 Must be at least 18 years of age Must be able to comply with Company attendance standards as described in established guidelines Must maintain a well-groomed appearance per Company appearance standards as described in established guidelines Pay & Benefits: Competitive market salary from $95,750 to $106,400 per year* depending on qualifications and experience.
