The Raytheon Electro-Optical Infrared Solutions (EOIRS) Operations & Supply Chain (OSC) organization is looking for an Associate Director, Operations & Supply Chain. The candidate will be responsible for leading multiple strategic efforts with impacts across the Advanced Products & Solutions (APS) strategic business unit (SBU). The position requires the ability to develop & execute OSC strategies and exert influence on overall objectives and long-range goals of the product lines and their individual program management offices. What You Will Do Be accountable for Supply Chain cost, schedule, and quality. Interface with Program Operations Managers and Material Program Managers at varying skillset levels. Interface with external customers and all levels of internal management. Manage, develop and lead supply chain proposal activities including task descriptions and BOEs. Forecast and execution of material sales Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Contribute to the Material Program Strategy (MPS) and the Material Program Plan (MPP) to enable successful execution of program competitiveness and performance, from the front end of the business through contract closure. Coordinate & develop OSC requirements for all gate reviews & execute proposed strategies. Implement and drive process improvements that result in a healthy value chain for development and production programs. Provide overall ownership of the supplier management process including supplier performance, SCM metrics, international issues, material forecasting, Make/Buy Where strategy, strategic agreements, and communication of customer flow through requirements such as FAR/DFARS, ITAR, offset, public law, quality, warranty, etc. Lead collaborative teams on tactical and strategic discussions to drive results and break down barriers. Develop and execute competitive bids and proposals through collaboration with multiple manufacturing and functional teams. Qualifications You Must Have Typically requires a university degree or equivalent experience and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience, or an advanced degree in a related field and minimum 10 years experience. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract. Minimum 10 years experience in program/project management, operations, and/or supply chain management. Qualifications We Prefer Experience as a people manager; supervisor, lead, etc. Experience with Six Sigma/CORE tools and applications. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
