Job Summary: The Associate, Data Management will play a critical role in ensuring the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of clinical trial data. This position involves managing data collection, processing, and quality control activities for clinical research studies. The Associate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data management activities and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and execute study configuration activities, including mapping technical specifications and ensuring readiness for sample receipt and testing. Support the end-to-end data lifecycle for clinical lab testing, including data reconciliation, quality control (QC) checks, and exception handling Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely and accurate data delivery and study setup. Perform data validation and integrity checks, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, GCP, and internal SOPs. Support the development and maintenance of study database setup documents and data transfer specifications. Participate in the continuous improvement of DMSO processes, including documentation updates, SOP reviews, and system enhancements. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., CROs) for data agreement execution and secure data transfer coordination. Required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Data Science, or a related field. Strong understanding of clinical trial processes and regulatory requirements. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proven ability to troubleshoot data issues, manage competing priorities, and adapt to evolving project needs in a fast-paced environment Preferred Qualifications: Proficiency in LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) applications Experience in a pharmaceutical or CRO environment. Work Location Assignment: Hybrid The annual base salary for this position ranges from $66,500.00 to $110,900.00. In addition, this position is eligible for participation in Pfizer’s Global Performance Plan with a bonus target of 7.5% of the base salary.
