Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Assisted Living Administrator for our community located in northern OKC/ Edmond.
The administrator will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of an assisted living facility, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care in a safe and supportive environment. This role involves managing staff, coordinating care services, and maintaining compliance with state regulations while fostering a positive community atmosphere for residents and their families.

Duties
- Manage the overall operations of the assisted living facility, ensuring adherence to all regulatory requirements and company policies.
- Supervise and support staff, including nurses, caregivers, and administrative personnel, to promote a high standard of care.
- Oversee medication administration and ensure that all staff are trained in proper protocols.
- Develop and implement care plans tailored to the individual needs of residents, particularly those requiring memory care or dementia care.
- Coordinate budgeting and financial management for the facility to ensure sustainability and quality service delivery.
- Foster relationships with residents and their families, addressing concerns and promoting a supportive community environment.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure comprehensive care for residents.
- Organize training programs for staff on best practices in senior care and long-term care management.
Requirements
- Proven experience in senior care or long-term care management, preferably in an assisted living or retirement home setting.
- Strong knowledge of medication administration protocols and experience working with residents requiring memory or dementia care.
- Excellent budgeting skills with the ability to manage financial resources effectively.
- Strong leadership abilities with a focus on team development and resident satisfaction.
- Exceptional communication skills to interact effectively with residents, families, and staff members.
- Ability to create a warm, welcoming environment that promotes the well-being of all residents.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
