- At Clinical Associates, we make being healthy easier. We connect our patients to a seamless system of integrated medical care, which includes in-house specialists in areas of practice, from cardiology to podiatry. We also offer unique services like our nuclear stress testing facility. We have been serving the community for over 50 years.
- Our physicians, specialists and credentialed health care providers are assisted by 175 trained support staff. We do our best to take care of everything for our patients – records, scheduling appointments, coordinating with providers and specialists, and each of our offices has laboratory centers for tests and blood work on site.
- We are seeking to add an experienced Assistant Site Manager to our team! Our ideal candidate will be looking for a challenging, but rewarding career. Travel between our three office locations in Towson, Pikesville, and Reisterstown is required.
- The Assistant Site Manager has the primary responsibility of providing all assistance necessary to support the Practice Manager in providing site-level coordination of the operations, management practices and implementation of policies within Clinical Associates.
- The ideal candidate supports and promotes the overall philosophy of the company by setting a consistent example of exceptional customer service, both to internal and external constituencies, and effectively manages available resources so as to promote compliance with the company’s highest standards for quality patient care and service.
- Hours: Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm (*flexibility is required / shift may vary)

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
- High School diploma. (REQUIRED)
- Bachelors degree in Business, Health Care Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience.
- Minimum 1 year demonstrated and proven experience effectively and efficiently managing a variety of core functional areas and multiple staff.
- Knowledge of general medical office procedures.
- Must be able to move freely throughout the facility, travel efficiently between assigned site and other locations and be able to lift approximately 10 to 20 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to convey a professional demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in EMR / computer skills with a willingness to learn new applications.
