The Registered Nurse works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure safe, effective, quality patient care. About the role Applications are invited from experienced and skilled Assistants in Nursing to join our dynamic team at Greenwich Hospital. You will be a part of a highly dedicated team working a rotating roster – AM, PM, ND, that provides the best nursing care and advice to patients with palliative care needs. Our staff are valued members of the multi-disciplinary team and are encouraged to participate in all learning and development activities. About you Second-year student in Bachelor of Nursing with a desire to work in palliative care with at least six months relevant experience, or Certificate III in Healthcare with at least one year's relevant experience.
