- The Role
- We’re seeking a highly motivated Assistant to support a high-volume Agent in our Comedy Department, as well as lend support to our top-tier music roster. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, values clear communication, and wants to learn the ins and outs of talent representation at the highest level.
- This position is perfect for a resourceful team player who loves comedy, live entertainment, and pop culture, and is eager to grow within the agency world.
- Responsibilities
- · Manage phones, calendars, schedules, and meeting logistics with precision and professionalism.
- · Draft and track deal memos, contracts, itineraries, invoices, and expense reports.
- · Organize and maintain departmental records, databases, and cross-departmental tracking grids.
- · Communicate directly with high-profile clients, executives, promoters, managers, and buyers while handling sensitive information with discretion.
- · Submit and track client materials for television, film, and live performance projects.
- · Provide overall administrative and organizational support to ensure smooth daily operations.

- Qualifications
- · Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent work experience).
- · 1–2 years of relevant professional experience preferred (agency, casting, or management a plus).
- · Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
- · Experience with script coverage or Oasis software is a plus.
- · Strong organizational skills: impeccable ability to multi-task and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- · Strong attention to detail: resourceful, proactive, reliable, trustworthy, and assertive
- · Impeccable follow-through: the ability to initiate projects, develop timelines, and meet deadlines
- · Ability to maintain discretion and a high level of confidentiality
- · Strong passion for the Comedy industry
