Primary Purposes: To manufacture ECG and ZOLL electrodes Primary Functions: Organize and prepare materials for assembly. o Perform manufacturing sequences required to assemble electrodes. o Responsible for achieving and maintaining specified product quality levels. o Troubleshoot assembly problems as required. o Train and assist new personnel. o Other assembly related tasks as directed by Group Leader or Supervisor. o Other duties as assigned. Job Summary Perform limited electromechanical production subassembly and assembly operations of a repetitive nature. Essential Functions Assembles and/ or installs various electrical and/or mechanical components where operations and sequences are specified by established documentation. May perform routine tasks in preparation for assembly such as cutting wire to specified size, stripping, tinning or bending wire parts, wiring and fastening terminal connections. May operate automatic and semiautomatic assembly equipment Required/Preferred Education and Experience High School Graduate or equivalent required Entry level, generally less than 1 year experience required and QSR experience a plus preferred IPC Soldering Certification a plus Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Must be able to read and understand assembly documentation, blueprints and/or wire lists. Must be able to use small hand tools such as soldering irons, wire strippers, crimpers, wrenches, screwdrivers, and pliers. Must be familiar with general computer operation.
