Renders needed in Twinmotion. Looking for a talent who is passionate about creating Architectural Renderings and some photoshop work. We can export a 3D Model from ArchiCAD into Twinmotion and have the 3D file ready for work. We would like to have an initial short zoom meeting at the beginning of each project to help define and explain the concept behind the design and talk about angles and materials. We have more the 30 projects that need renders. The price is fixed per project . There will be 1betwen 5-8 max. renders per project. (No animations) We would need renderings for Residential House Design (interior and exterior), Pool Design and Renders integrated into actual photos of the Site. Photoshop work required and SketchUp is a plus. We are based in Hawaii, Big Island.
