We are seeking a skilled professional to transform our architectural and design drawings into realistic renderings. The ideal candidate will have experience in matching design specs for colors and textures to create a perfect representation of the space post-construction. This project requires attention to detail and proficiency in rendering software to deliver high-quality visualizations for client presentations. Initially, looking to get an estimate for doing the majority of the home inside and outside. The floor plan is attached to give a sense of the scale of the project/number of rooms/bathrooms..ect. Once we have the an accepted estimate we will send the rest of the plans along with all of the design details you will need.
