We are seeking a motivated, professional, and reliable Freelance Appointment Setter to make outbound calls to Medicare beneficiaries. The main objectives are to: 1. Set appointments with clients interested in upgrading their Medicare Advantage plan, and 2. Identify individuals who may need or already receive home care services, so we can assist with increased hours or improved caregiver compensation. All leads are provided — no cold calling from scratch. Key Responsibilities: • Call Medicare beneficiaries using provided contact lists and scripts • Clearly explain the benefits of upgrading their current Medicare Advantage plan • Identify clients who are dual-eligible (Medicare + Medicaid) and educate them on additional benefits available • Ask screening questions to determine if the client currently receives or is in need of home health care services • Schedule appointments for licensed Medicare agents or care coordinators • Accurately document call outcomes and update CRM or tracking sheets • Follow compliance guidelines and maintain client confidentiality Qualifications: • Experience with outbound calling, customer service, or sales (healthcare or Medicare a plus) • Strong communication skills and clear, professional phone etiquette • Familiarity with Medicare Advantage plans, Dual-SNPs, or home health care is highly preferred • Self-motivated, organized, and reliable • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision • Access to a quiet workspace and reliable phone/internet
