Hours: Full-time, Tuesday–Saturday(U.S. time zone alignment required) About Us Easy Street Offers (ESO) is a fast-growing real estate technology company helping agents and investors with instant cash offers, data-driven insights, and tools to streamline the buying and selling process. We are scaling nationally and looking to add two skilled Appointment Setters to our sales team. Role Overview Your job is to fill the sales calendar by connecting with real estate agents and investors, generating interest in ESO, and booking qualified demos for our SaaS Sales Reps. You’ll be the first point of contact, so professionalism, energy, and persistence are key. Key Responsibilities Make outbound calls, texts, and emails to prospective agents and investors. Follow scripts and objection-handling frameworks to build interest. Qualify leads based on criteria provided. Schedule demos directly into our calendar system. Maintain accurate records in our CRM (HubSpot). Meet daily/weekly KPIs for calls, conversations, and booked appointments. What We’re Looking For - Prior appointment setting, cold calling, or inside sales experience (real estate or SaaS sales experience a plus). - Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written). - Ability to follow a script but also think on your feet. - Driven, coachable, and hungry to hit numbers daily. - Reliable internet connection and professional home setup.
