Summary We are a US-based insurance company looking for a full-time, home-based customer support agent to work with our customer support & sales department. NO INSURANCE KNOWLEDGE REQUIRED. WE WILL TRAIN YOU! Your daily responsibilities would include: Make outbound calls for appointment setting. Send a daily report detailing completed and ongoing tasks. Follow up with leads. Identify customers' needs, clarify information, research every issue, and provide solutions. We are invested in our agent's success. You will go far if you: - Are a fast learner - Are a great communicator - Are calm and collected under pressure - Can help us optimize our current processes - Can be a self-starter This is a full-time position. You need to have excellent English skills. We are looking for little to no accent as well. If you have a very thick accent when speaking English, please do not apply. Work hours are 5 days a week 9am-5pm PST (we will decide on schedule after your interview). Ability to earn bonuses based on performance. Overtime will be available for experienced agents. If hired, you will be provided with training to help respond to customer queries via phone call, text, and email. Thank you.
