Role Description

This is a full-time, remote role as a Professional Appointment Setter (Outbound Caller & Lead Qualifier) for The Stay Young Center. You’ll be on the front lines of transformation - connecting with leads, qualifying them, and setting them up for powerful in-office experiences.

If you love making calls, thrive on repetition, and take pride in hitting - and surpassing - your daily targets, this is the role for you.

$20/hour

• Call new inbound leads immediately and with enthusiasm.
• Conduct quick, effective pre-qualification calls to identify ideal-fit clients.
• Book qualified leads for in-office visits using our proven framework.
• Keep lead data and follow-ups organized in our CRM (no opportunities left behind).
• Re-engage cold leads who didn’t respond the first time.
• Hit daily and weekly volume goals - and get fired up doing it.
