We are seeking an Android QA specialist for a short-term project to ensure our application meets quality standards. This is a 3-day engagement focused on identifying and reporting bugs, and collaborating with the development team to resolve issues efficiently. This is UI/UX & functional only. About: We are developing a privacy-first mobile safety app (Android MVP). Scope & Deliverables: Stage 1: Join Google Play internal test → installability, onboarding/permissions smoke, device/OS matrix, 20–30 smoke cases, blocking issues (with videos). Stage 2: Core flows & edge cases (AlertCrew, notifications/deep links, background behavior, denied perms, no network) → full defect log (Steps, Expected/Actual, severity, device/OS, video). Stage 3: Regression on fixes + pre-resubmission sanity; final report and video evidence. Must-haves: Prior Play internal testing experience; working adb/logcat knowledge; strong English; at least 2 Android devices (e.g., Samsung A-series + Pixel/Moto).
