Job Title: AML Quality Assurance Analyst
Location: 100% Remote
Duration: September 2, 2025 – December 31, 2025 (high possibility of extension)

Job Overview:
Seeking an experienced AML QA Analyst to review investigative case files, validate SAR narratives, and ensure risk factors are properly addressed. This role requires strong analytical skills, independent judgment, and deep knowledge of AML regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct QA reviews on AML investigations and SARs
• Ensure documentation accuracy and narrative quality
• Provide feedback and ensure investigator corrections are made
• Stay updated on AML laws, regulations, and red flags
• Collaborate with team leads and internal stakeholders

Requirements:

• 5+ years in AML within financial services
• 3+ years in AML Transaction Monitoring and/or QA
• Strong SAR writing and AML regulatory knowledge
• Experience providing oversight or feedback on investigative work
• Excellent analytical, research, and communication skills
