We’re looking for a detail-obsessed Amazon backend specialist to help manage the operational side of multiple Amazon seller accounts (Seller Central). This is a long-term, ongoing role — you’ll be the person we trust to keep listings clean, inventory flowing, and account health under control in the background. If you live in flat files, cases, and catalog troubleshooting… you’ll feel at home here. What You’ll Be Doing 1. Catalog & Listing Management Create, upload, and maintain Amazon product listings (both single and bulk/flat-file uploads) Build and fix parent–child variations, merge/split listings, and clean up duplicate ASINs/SKUs Resolve catalog issues: suppressed/stranded listings, attribute conflicts, detail page errors Maintain backend content hygiene: Titles, bullets, descriptions, and search terms (compliance-focused) Images and image requirements Correct browse nodes, categories, and attributes 2. FBA Operations & Inventory Health Create and manage FBA shipments: shipment plans, labels, carton contents, shipment closures Track inbound issues: FC delays, lost/damaged units, receiving discrepancies Monitor inventory health: stranded inventory, removals/disposals, restock risks Support reconciliation and reimbursement cases where appropriate 3. Offer, Buy Box & Reviews Management Monitor Buy Box performance and troubleshoot Buy Box losses (pricing, eligibility, stock, etc.) Identify and help handle listing hijackers / unauthorized sellers within Amazon policy Monitor product reviews and ratings for issues (TOS-safe only) Request review removals where there are clear policy violations Track key VOC (Voice of Customer) issues and escalate internally 4. Account Health & Compliance Monitor Account Health dashboard: policy warnings, restricted listings, performance metrics Prepare and organize documentation needed to respond to Amazon compliance requests Flag potential risk areas early (trademark, claims, restricted categories, etc.) 5. Seller Central Case Management & Reporting Open, manage, and escalate Seller Central cases with clear, concise communication Follow up systematically until issues are resolved Help build and maintain SOPs, logs, and simple reports for recurring tasks and issues Keep internal team updated on status of key catalog, FBA, and account health issues Must-Have Skills & Experience 2+ years hands-on experience managing Amazon Seller Central backend (not just PPC or creatives) Strong experience with: Listing creation/editing Parent–child variation setup Flat-file / bulk uploads FBA shipment creation and reconciliation Proven track record resolving: Suppressed or stranded listings Detail page errors & attribute conflicts Buy Box & eligibility issues Comfortable working with Excel/Google Sheets (filters, basic formulas, cleaning flat files) Very strong attention to detail and ability to spot catalog inconsistencies and risks Good written English for case communication and internal notes Reliable, responsive, and able to work independently with minimal supervision Nice-to-Have Experience working with agencies or multiple Amazon accounts/brands Familiarity with basic Amazon SEO and content best practices Experience with 3rd-party tools (inventory, reporting, tickets, etc.) Experience handling reimbursements and reconciliation more deeply What Success Looks Like Suppressed/stranded listings are rare and resolved quickly Catalog is clean: correct variations, minimal duplicates, consistent attributes FBA shipments are created correctly with fewer receiving issues and discrepancies Account health stays in the green, with risks flagged early Clear tracking: we always know what’s happening with cases, shipments, and catalog fixes
