I’m looking for an assistant who can help manage and expand my Airbnb business. • Airbnb Listing Management: Creating and updating property descriptions, titles, and highlights, setting pricing strategies (daily/seasonal/holiday rates), and setting up automated guest messaging. • Hospitality & Operations: Coordinating cleanings, handling payments, managing guest communications, and ensuring an exceptional guest experience. • Marketing & Expansion: Managing listings across multiple platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, etc.), assisting with marketing outreach, and supporting business growth strategies. • Rental Arbitrage Research: Helping identify and research apartments in other U.S. states for expansion opportunities. I’m looking for someone who is proactive, organized, and skilled in both hospitality management and business operations. Strong communication and marketing experience are a plus.
