We are a growing short-term rental company currently managing 30+ Airbnb properties and looking to expand with an additional 1–3 units immediately. We need a skilled freelancer to help us identify and secure new arbitrage opportunities. Responsibilities: Research and identify rental properties suitable for Airbnb arbitrage (apartments, condos, single-family homes, or multi-units). Focus on properties in desirable neighborhoods with strong Airbnb demand. Contact landlords/property managers and pitch the concept of rental arbitrage (long-term lease + subletting for Airbnb). Provide a shortlist of qualified leads with property details, landlord/agent contact info, and rental terms. Assist with initial communication and scheduling walkthroughs when needed. Requirements: Experience in real estate lead generation, property sourcing, or short-term rental arbitrage. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Understanding of rental laws and subleasing regulations (preferred). Ability to work independently and deliver qualified leads quickly. Reliable, organized, and results-driven. If all goes well, I may hire again for long-term.
