Project Overview I’m building a modular financial planning intake and analysis system that transforms client survey responses into an automated, personalized financial summary and slide deck. I’m looking for an experienced no-code automation engineer who can architect and build this entire workflow using Typeform or Jotform, Google Sheets, OpenAI/GPT, and Zapier or Make.com. This system will be a key component of our onboarding and prospect experience. Strong candidates may be considered for ongoing work. ⸻ Scope of Work 1. Form Build (Typeform or Jotform) • Build a multi-section intake form (~100 questions) • Implement clean branching logic based on user-selected priorities (home purchase, equity compensation, taxes, retirement, liquidity events, etc.) • Ensure responses output into a structured, automation-friendly format 2. Workflow Automation • Build an end-to-end workflow using Zapier or Make.com: Form → Google Sheets → OpenAI/GPT → Canva or Google Slides → PDF output • Set up data transfer, transformations, and prompt engineering • Structure GPT outputs into reusable content blocks 3. AI-Driven Document Generation • Use OpenAI to generate summaries, insights, recommendations, and scenario analyses • Auto-populate branded slide decks or PDFs • Export a complete, client-ready deliverable 4. QA, Testing, & Documentation • Test all branching logic and automations • Add error handling/fallback logic • Deliver documentation and a Loom walkthrough • Make the system production-ready ⸻ Required Skills • Advanced experience with Typeform, Jotform, or Paperform • Expert-level experience with Zapier or Make.com • Strong knowledge of OpenAI API / GPT integration • Proven experience generating automated PDFs or slide decks • Excellent conditional logic + data structuring skills • Ability to work independently and propose solutions Nice to Have: • Canva or Google Slides API experience • Basic scripting (webhooks, JSON) • Prior work with financial workflows or data-heavy projects ⸻ Deliverables • Fully functional intake form with branching logic • Automated workflow connecting form → sheets → GPT → slides/PDF • Customizable slide or PDF template • Clear documentation and recorded walkthrough ⸻ Ideal Candidate You’ve built multi-step automated workflows before, ideally involving intake forms, GPT, and document generation.
