Hi everyone,

 We’re a fast-moving creative video agency working with B2B tech, SaaS, and professional services brands — and we’re looking for a graphic designer who is deeply skilled in AI-powered content creation.
 This role is NOT about manually designing every asset from scratch.

This is about using AI tools (Canva, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, DALL·E, Runway, or your preferred stack) to rapidly produce polished, on-brand visual content from clear guidelines.
 If you’re an AI-native creator who can turn brand assets into scalable design systems — we want to meet you. WHAT YOU WILL CREATE
(Examples, not a full list) – Social media graphics + carousels
– Slide decks + pitch presentations
– Infographics + data visuals
– GIFs / animated loops / lightweight motion graphics
– Thumbnail concepts
– Website/landing page visuals
– Visual templates that can be reused internally
– Human-focused brand imagery using our presenters, talent, or stock assets Everything must align with a clean, tech-forward, modern aesthetic — while still highlighting real humans, because our brand is built around presenter-led video content. WHAT MAKES THIS ROLE UNIQUE – You will use AI for 80–90% of the design process
 – You will build reusable assets, not one-off tasks
 – Once brand foundations are set, your daily workload becomes very light
 You will collaborate directly with the founder for vision + direction
 – All assets must be commercially usable by our company
 – This can turn into a long-term recurring role for the right person We are not looking for someone who needs micro-direction.
We want a creative thinker who uses AI to move fast, experiment, and take initiative. WHAT WE’LL PROVIDE YOU – Brand guidelines + color palettes
– Logo files
– Example designs to match
– Sample videos (to understand our style + tone)
– Clear weekly content priorities (social posts, slides, etc.) IDEAL CANDIDATE – Strong graphic design taste (modern, minimal, tech-driven)
– Proficiency in AI tools (Midjourney, Firefly, Canva AI, DALL·E, Runway, etc.)
– Ability to turn brand assets into scalable templates
– Great communicator — clear, friendly, professional
– Extremely reliable with fast turnaround
– Experience designing for B2B, SaaS, or agencies is a plus
– Understands how to incorporate PEOPLE into visuals (not just abstract AI art) TEST PROJECT (PAID) Before moving full-time/fractional:
– Refresh our brand identity using our existing guidelines
– Create a small set of initial assets (logo refresh, slide cover, social post template)
