I’m a YouTuber/podcaster building a long-term content brand and I want help setting up real automations, not just “run one prompt in ChatGPT.” I already have an n8n cloud account and a partially built workflow that: • takes YouTube links • pulls reference transcripts • sends them to an AI model to help me write scripts • saves outputs into Google Sheets I need an automation pro to fix/finish this and level it up, and then help me build an auto-clipping flow for my podcast content. ⸻ What I want you to help me build (Phase 1 – Priority) 1. YouTube Script Writing Engine (n8n) • Clean up / rebuild my existing workflow in n8n (I can share screenshots & access). • Automatically pull transcripts from a list of YouTube URLs (via YouTube/Transcript API or another service). • Store those transcripts as a “style library” for different creators (examples: Discover Connection, Small Brained American, Togi, Callaway, etc.). • Take my inputs for a new video: • core concept (e.g. “traveling with no money”) • target creator styles to blend • notes about tone, pacing, jokes, etc. • Send everything to an LLM (OpenAI or similar) and output: • video title ideas • 1–2 hook options • full script or detailed beat outline • Save all results into Google Sheets so I can easily see, edit, and reuse them. • Make the prompts modular so I can tweak styles myself later. ⸻ What I want for Phase 2 (next step) 2. Podcast → Auto Clips Pipeline • Take a long-form podcast/video (file or link). • Generate or fetch transcript. • Use AI to: • find the best 5–15 short clips (with timestamps & titles) • optionally auto-generate hook/caption text for each. • Output: • a simple list or Google Sheet with: episode, clip start/end, suggested title, suggested caption, key quote. • Bonus: if you know how to connect this with an editor (e.g. Premiere / Resolve / Descript / Kapwing) via markers or EDL/JSON, that’s a huge plus. ⸻ Tech stack / skills I care about • n8n (must have – I’m already using it) • Solid experience using OpenAI / Claude / LLMs inside workflows • Experience with YouTube/transcript APIs or third-party services (AssemblyAI, Deepgram, etc.) • Google Sheets / Google Drive integrations • Nice to have: experience with content/podcast automation or faceless YouTube automations. ⸻ Deliverables Phase 1 (required): • A working n8n workflow that: • pulls transcripts from YouTube URLs • organizes them by “creator/style” • generates scripts/episode briefs based on my inputs • writes outputs to Google Sheets • Short Loom video walking me through: • how it works • where to change prompts/styles • how to add more reference videos later Phase 2 (optional / separate milestone): • Working pipeline for podcast auto-clipping with clear outputs and instructions. ⸻ How I like to work • I’m very hands-on and want to learn, not just have a black-box system. • Ideal: we do a quick call, you review what I’ve built, then you: • fix/optimize the structure • explain decisions • leave me with something I can maintain. ⸻ Please include in your proposal • A couple of examples of n8n or Make.com workflows you’ve built that involve: • AI / LLMs • YouTube, podcasts, or content pipelines. • Rough estimate of: • hours or fixed price for Phase 1
