Post daily content across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube Shorts. Write captions, add hashtags, and optimize for engagement. Manage a content calendar to ensure coverage across 4 brands: 📚 Comic Shop (fun reviews, weekly arrivals, events) 🏡 Real Estate & Mortgage Recruiting (100% commission model + loan officer recruiting) 👵 Reverse Mortgage Marketing (myth-busting, education, trust-building) 🌲 Cabins & Tourism (vacation rentals, attractions, promotions) Track performance and report weekly. 📌 Skills Required Proven experience in social media management (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube). Familiarity with AI video tools (HeyGen, Synthesia, D-ID, etc.). Canva or basic video editing for captions/thumbnails. Strong English for captions, hashtags, and engagement.
