Looking for an experienced AI/ML developer to build a document-intelligence engine capable of: - Parsing and structuring data from multi-format financial files (PDF, Excel, CSV) - Automatically understanding document types and layouts - Extracting key fields and normalizing inconsistent formats - Running validation checks and identifying anomalies - Generating multiple types of analytical outputs based on user instructions - Supporting user-defined rules written in natural language - Learning patterns/templates from example documents to improve future accuracy Required Technical Skills - Strong experience with LLMs (Gemini/OpenAI/Claude) for classification, extraction, schema inference - Expertise in PDF + spreadsheet parsing - Ability to combine rule-based logic, machine learning, and LLM reasoning - Building pipelines that convert unstructured documents into structured datasets - Experience with financial or tabular document automation is a plus Deliverable: A backend/AI component that: - Reads and understands complex financial documents - Normalizes them into structured data - Applies validation and anomaly detection - Produces configurable analytical summaries Please share examples of similar document-understanding or data-extraction work
