AI-First Assistant Coder / Agent-Based Developer (Fast-Paced, Proof-Driven) I’m looking for a pragmatic, forward-thinking developer who codes with AI — not around it. This role is for someone who already builds end-to-end applications using Claude Code, Cursor, Replit V3, or similar AI-native environments. I’ve worked with enough programmers to know what doesn’t work: people who milk the clock, fight automation, or make AI a “nice add-on” instead of the engine. If that’s you, please skip this post. If you live inside AI coding tools and believe the real power is combining human reasoning with intelligent agents, I want to work with you. You’ll act as my coding sidekick. I handle specs, logic, and product flow; you turn those into working tools using AI. We’ll move fast — proof-driven, sprint-based, and continuously deploying. Each build cycle follows Program → Stage → Sprint → Step → Commit → Merge → Validate. How We Work 1. AI-First: All code is created, refined, and tested inside AI tools. 2. Spec-Driven: Every sprint starts with a short written spec; nothing begins until it’s approved. 3. CI/CD Rhythm: Frequent commits, automated testing, and visible progress — no black boxes. 4. Proof-Based: Every sprint ends with running code, not explanations. 5. Daily Updates: Short written reports at day’s end summarizing what was done, what’s next, blockers, and links to commits or demos. 6. High Tempo: Output may look slow to a traditional dev, but it’s impossible without full AI integration. Initial Test Project To qualify, you’ll build a simple working tool inside my team environment using only AI tools (Claude Code, Cursor, or Replit). You’ll have 24 hours to deliver. It’s intentionally small — it can only be done on time if you truly use AI-first workflows. You’ll be compensated for the test once submitted. What You’ll Need • Proficiency in Python and/or TypeScript / JavaScript • Experience building apps entirely inside AI IDEs or assistants • Comfort with no-code / low-code extensions (Roo, SiteKit.io, Retool, etc.) • Ability to reason through specs, not just copy code • Strong written communication; no silent developers To Apply Please include: 1.
