We are Plan AI, a fast-moving real estate technology startup. We are looking for an AI Engineer to architect our Proprietary Intelligence Layer. You will work alongside our Lead Backend Architect to build a system that ingests complex real estate data (Zoning, Risk, Permits) and feeds it to a frontier LLM model to generate professional-grade property analysis. This is a hybrid role: You must be an excellent Python backend engineer and an expert in LLM orchestration/prompt engineering. Required Tech Stack: Python: (FastAPI or Django) - Expert level. LLM Orchestration: LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Google Vertex AI. Vector Databases: Pinecone, Milvus, or Weaviate. Prompt Engineering: Demonstrated experience writing "System Prompts" that handle complex logic and JSON output formatting.
