We are seeking an expert AI developer to create a tool that generates high-quality PDF Lead Magnets for our clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in AI tools and PDF generation, ensuring the final product is both visually appealing and functional. Our clients are Architects who work in small to medium-sized design firms (1 to 10 people). While each lead magnet will include different branding, images and text, they should all follow the same format. We need the content to be specific, engaging and useful. I've attached an example PDF document. The example is much longer than we need in the future but it provides and idea of the quality we're looking to achieve.
