Job Description: About the Role: We’re looking for an AI–Database Integration Engineer to help our ChatGPT web app analyze and query data across multiple databases, starting with BigQuery. The system should allow us to define which databases to use—with the flexibility to add, remove, or modify them later. The AI should be able to analyze the user’s question, convert it into an appropriate query, and run it on the correct database based on metadata or descriptions. You'll work closely with our internal team—Python developer and database manager—to build a secure, modular, and scalable solution. Tools like n8n, OpenAI API, PostgreSQL, and Pinecone are available to use when needed. Responsibilities: - Connect BigQuery and other defined databases to the ChatGPT web app. - Enable AI to analyze questions, generate queries, and select the correct database. - Ensure secure, efficient, and reliable data connections. - Use automation/workflow tools (e.g., n8n) when beneficial. - Document setup and workflows for easy updates and maintenance. - Ai to use the query result to make business decisions based on data analysis. Important Details: - User interface should be chat GPT - Data manager should be able to modify the connected bigquery tables and query in google sheets or something else. Qualifications: Experience with BigQuery, SQL, and Python or TypeScript. Strong understanding of AI–database integration, API connections, and authentication. Optional: PostgreSQL, Pinecone, n8n, or LangChain/RAG experience. Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
