About the Project We’re creating a digital course on building AI avatars and need extra hands to bring it to life. The course will be hosted on LMS platforms like Skool or Circle.so. We already have a lead video editor on staff, but we’re moving fast and need dedicated support for creating AI avatar talking head videos and viral short-form content. What You’ll Be Doing Use HeyGen (or similar) to produce high-quality talking head avatar videos. Generate professional voiceovers in ElevenLabs (our team account) and sync them with the avatar (lip-sync MUST look natural and flawless). Create e-learning video lessons (10–15 minutes or less) combining: - AI talking head avatar - Animated PowerPoint slides - Special effect transitions - Screen-sharing demos (system walkthroughs) - Captions & sometimes background music After the course is completed, help us scale social media content: - Viral-style videos for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts - 5 videos per day, per AI character (we currently have 5, with more coming) - Showcase creative use cases for AI avatars & tools Tools You’ll Work With - HeyGen (or similar for avatars/lip-sync) - ElevenLabs (AI voice generation) - CapCut or other video editing software What We’re Looking For - Proven experience (portfolio required) in AI avatar video creation. - Expert at lip-sync realism — this is the #1 skill we’re prioritizing. - Strong editing skills (adding slides, transitions, captions, screen recordings). - Creative, detail-oriented, and able to hit deadlines.
