We’re experienced marketers looking to launch a high-ticket AI agency that serves busy, high-income professionals — the kind of clients who have money, not time (e.g. medspas, law firms, real estate agencies, consultants). We already know how to sell and acquire clients. What we need is a strategic and technical AI operator who has done this before — someone who can help us identify, structure, and systemize a done-for-you AI automation offer that’s easy to fulfill, delivers real value, and scales fast. We’re looking for someone who: • Has helped other marketers or agencies build profitable AI-based offers • Knows which AI services sell best to professional businesses (lead gen, follow-up automation, content generation, appointment setting, client onboarding, etc.) • Can build or direct the fulfillment system (using no-code tools + offshore assistants) • Can create SOPs and backend automations so delivery is smooth, repeatable, and scalable • Understands how to make these offers look high-end and value-justified to non-technical clients We’ll handle acquisition, branding, funnels, and ad spend. You’ll handle identifying the offer, setting up the fulfillment engine, and helping us get it to market quickly. ⸻ Example Deliverables • Identify 2–3 proven high-ticket AI automation service ideas for niches like medspas, lawyers, real estate brokers, consultants, etc. • Create a fulfillment flow using GPT-based automations, Zapier/Make, and offshore labor where needed. • Build the SOPs, onboarding docs, and demo systems to make the service turnkey. • Advise on pricing, packaging, and positioning (we’ll handle creatives and client-facing sales materials). ⸻ Requirements • Deep understanding of GPT-based tools, workflow automation, and AI-driven business processes • Experience building or consulting for AI automation agencies or service-based businesses • Strong grasp of how to package and price high-ticket done-for-you offers • Ability to translate complex AI tools into simple, tangible outcomes that appeal to non-technical business owners • Experience managing or directing offshore fulfillment teams a plus ⸻ Bonus Points • You’ve personally helped launch or scale an AI agency selling $3K–$10K packages • You know which AI automations make small businesses say “I’ll pay for that now” • You have templates, examples, or frameworks we can plug in quickly ⸻ Compensation Flexible — hourly or milestone-based.
