We are building two critical systems powered by AI agents: 1. IOMI Creator Acquisition System Automates influencer discovery, outreach, onboarding, and performance tracking (TikTok/YouTube/IG creators). 2. IOMI Presence AI System Manages founder personal brand, content generation, social engagement, and weekly design briefs for our graphic designer. We are looking for a talented **AI Automation Engineer** to build these systems end-to-end. --- 🧠 What You Will Build (High-Level) You will implement **8 AI Agents** across two systems: --- A) Creator Acquisition System (Influencer Engine) 4 Agents: 1. Creator Scout Agent (scraping + scoring creators) 2. Outreach Agent (email/DM + follow-ups + GPT personalization) 3. Creator Success Agent (onboarding + sending media kit + affiliate links) 4. Analytics & Reporting Agent (leads, conversions, fraud, Slack reports) --- B) IOMI Presence AI System 4 Agents: 5. Founder Voice Content Agent (LinkedIn/X posts, founder tone) 6. Social Interaction Agent (intelligent engagement & comments) 7. Content Repurposing Agent (turn posts into multi-format content) 8. Visual & Creative Briefing Agent (weekly task list for designer) --- 🛠️ Technical Requirements The ideal candidate has strong experience with: Mandatory: - OpenAI API (GPT-4 / GPT-5) - Zapier **or** Make (advanced, multi-step workflows) - API integrations (Gmail API, Slack API, Impact.com API, Notion API…) - Data scraping tools: TikAPI, Apify, PhantomBuster - Building custom automation with Python/Node (when needed) - Prompt engineering + LLM reasoning optimization - Database logic / structuring workflows - OAuth/API tokens, rate limits, error handling Nice to have: - Experience with influencer marketing / creator platforms - Experience with SaaS or fintech - Experience building GPT-based multi-agent systems - Knowledge of affiliate platforms (Impact.com, GoAffPro) --- 🎯 Responsibilities You will: - Build the **Notion CRM** structure for creators, posts, and designer tasks - Develop and chain all 8 AI agents - Integrate: OpenAI → Notion → Zapier/Make → Gmail → Slack → Impact.com → Scrapers - Implement daily batch jobs and cron-like schedules - Set up fallback logic, retries, validation layers - Document everything for internal use - Improve workflows based on performance data - Work directly with the founder (clear, fast decisions) --- 🚀 Deliverables Phase 1 (2 weeks) - Notion structure - Creator Scout Agent - Outreach Agent (email) Phase 2 (2–3 weeks) - Success Agent - Analytics Agent - Slack daily/weekly reports Phase 3 (2–3 weeks) - Founder Content Agent - Social Engagement Agent - Repurposing Agent - Weekly Design Brief Agent - Final documentation + training Total expected timeline: 4–6 weeks(full system). --- 📌 What We Value We want an engineer who is: - Extremely organized - Highly autonomous - Strong communicator - Fast and efficient - Creative problem-solver - Comfortable working with founders - Able to propose improvements - Obsessed with quality and reliability --- 💰 Budget We are flexible depending on experience.
