We are looking for a Senior AI Agent Engineer to help us design and build an AI-powered agent integrated into Microsoft Copilot. The agent will process survey data, written comments, and client background documents, then generate executive-ready insights, scenario planning, and PowerPoint deliverables for our advisory team. Project Overview We are developing a next-generation AI assistant that sits inside Microsoft Copilot/Teams and automates the heavy lifting of data analysis and reporting for internal advisors. Deliverables will include: Automated strengths/opportunities, benchmarks, demographics, and scenario planning outputs. Thematic and sentiment analysis of employee comments. Branded PowerPoint deliverables aligned to provided templates (using add-ins or automated injection). Integration with Microsoft Copilot, Teams, and Power BI (using Adaptive Cards, Teams tabs, and visuals). Responsibilities Build AI workflows to process structured (survey) and unstructured (text) data. Integrate outputs into Microsoft Copilot and Teams. Develop automation for PPT report generation. Ground outputs in internal reference materials and best practices. Ensure outputs are accurate, secure, and compliant with enterprise standards. Required Skills Proven experience with AI Agent Development (GPT-4/5, LangChain, Copilot Studio, or similar). Strong background in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
