Job Description: I am launching a boutique menswear brand on WooCommerce focused on high-quality vintage sport coats, suits, and accessories. The brand aesthetic is luxury, old money, and heritage—similar to vintage Ralph Lauren campaigns, Ivy League style, and British tailoring. Affiliate marketing will be the primary channel for customer acquisition, and I need an experienced consultant to help me: Develop an Affiliate Program Strategy Recommend the best affiliate software or network for WooCommerce. Design commission structures that attract serious affiliates while remaining profitable. Create tiered incentives, bonuses, or exclusives to recruit and retain high-performing partners. Affiliate Recruitment & Positioning Advise on where and how to attract affiliates who fit the menswear, lifestyle, and luxury niche. Help build a pitch and marketing collateral that makes the program appealing. Guide on vetting affiliates to ensure brand alignment. Program Launch & Optimization Outline onboarding flows, tracking, and reporting. Provide best practices for payouts, communication, and long-term affiliate engagement. Help with ongoing optimization to maximize ROI. Ideal Candidate: Proven experience creating and scaling affiliate programs for e-commerce or fashion brands (please provide examples). Strong understanding of WooCommerce integrations and affiliate plug-ins. Knowledge of luxury, vintage, or lifestyle markets is a plus. Ability to provide both strategic direction and actionable steps. Deliverables: A complete affiliate marketing plan tailored to my menswear boutique. Recommendations for tools, platforms, and processes. Practical guidance I can implement immediately to attract affiliates and drive sales.
