Affiliate / Ecommerce Specialist – TikTok Shop and Amazon Store Support Starting Pay: $7–8/hr during training and onboarding Growth Path: Can scale to $10/hr as they independently manage shop health, affiliate pipelines, and reporting across multiple clients Location: Remote Type: Ongoing / Long-term Role Overview The Affiliate / Ecommerce Specialist is a technical support role focused on maintaining TikTok Shop and Amazon backends. This position ensures listings are accurate, shop health is maintained, affiliates are onboarded and tracked, and sales data is properly reported. While not directly UGC-facing, this role integrates closely with Engagement Specialists and UGC Creators by supporting the ecommerce infrastructure behind campaigns. Their work directly impacts sales conversion rates and ensures the business can scale affiliates, campaigns, and storefronts without compliance issues or missed opportunities. Responsibilities – Manage TikTok Shop and Amazon listings, ensuring accuracy of product details, pricing, and media assets – Monitor shop health and resolve compliance flags, policy violations, or listing errors quickly – Track affiliate performance across TikTok Shop, Amazon, and third-party dashboards – Support affiliate onboarding by setting up links, distributing product codes, and confirming payouts – Maintain sales reports and integrate them into ROI dashboards alongside campaign data – Collaborate with Engagement Specialists to respond to ecommerce-related customer questions – Provide weekly updates on shop performance, affiliate growth, and sales pipeline health Pay & Scaling – Baseline ($7–8/hr): Focuses on product listings, simple shop maintenance, and compliance support under supervision – Mid-Level ($9/hr): Independently manages shop health, affiliate tracking, and weekly reporting with accuracy – Advanced ($10/hr): Full ownership of TikTok Shop and Amazon systems across multiple clients, including affiliate recruitment, sales funnel integration, and linking reporting directly into ROI dashboards Raises are not automatic — they are tied to: – Accuracy and timeliness of listing management – Maintaining shop health without compliance issues – Proven reliability in affiliate tracking and payout reconciliation – Ability to reduce Joey’s direct involvement in backend ecommerce operations Success in This Role – TikTok Shop and Amazon listings are accurate and live without compliance issues – Shop health metrics remain in good standing across all platforms – Affiliate pipelines grow steadily and are tracked with clear reporting – Sales data is fully integrated into ROI dashboards and visible for decision-making – Joey’s time spent on backend shop tasks is reduced, allowing focus on creative strategy To Apply (Job Post Style) We are hiring an Affiliate / Ecommerce Specialist to manage TikTok Shop and Amazon storefronts.
