We are seeking a skilled professional to assist with the development of ADU Architecture, Structural, and MEP plans. The ideal candidate will have experience in architectural design, structural engineering, and MEP systems, with a focus on ADUs. Familiarity with Alameda County building codes and ADU regulations is essential. I already have plans, county asked for corrections. Our previous architecte left the job. so need to find a new one to finish the work. They did ask for corrections on Architectural, MEP, Structrual. Scope of the work :- - Help with all the corrections needed by county until approval.
