As Administrative Program Coordinator III, you will support the Global Leadership & Learning Institute (GLLI) in advancing initiatives that engage, develop, and retain caregivers at Cleveland Clinic. This role is mission-critical in enabling operational excellence by handling high-level administrative coordination, project support, and stakeholder engagement for key talent development programs. This role requires proactive coordination, an eye for detail, and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality. It is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, highly collaborative, and mission-driven environment. Ultimately, your efforts help ensure Cleveland Clinic can continue delivering the best patient care experience possible. A caregiver in this position works a hybrid schedule with a minimum of 2 days per week on-site. Must be available to travel between Cleveland Clinic Administrative Campus and Main Campus. A caregiver who excels in this role will: Serve as the primary administrative lead for various GLLI programs (e.g., executive assessments like Hogan, talent development initiatives). Coordinate schedules, logistics, communications, and data tracking for leadership development programming. Collaborate closely with leaders, instructional designers, facilitators, coaches, and other caregivers. Manage project timelines, deliverables, and proactively problem-solve workflow issues. Maintain confidentiality, professionalism, and discretion in handling sensitive information. Use tools (e.g., spreadsheets, dashboards, scheduling platforms) to organize and track incoming requests and deliverables. Support follow-up processes and communication with internal clients (e.g., leadership teams). Engage in continuous learning and support improvement efforts in team operations. Function as a liaison and administrative, technical and operational resource. Research, analyze and organize information for presentations. Identify operational improvement opportunities to create an efficient workplace. Develop communications, databases and budget summaries. Assist on large, complicated projects. Initiate or lead moderately complex projects. Assist with the scheduling, coordination, preparation and communication of meetings. Facilitate and attend meetings and record key outcomes. Identify key milestones and deadlines. Communicate project status and requirements to achieve results. Minimum qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Bachelor’s Degree and four years of financial, business analysis or project management experience OR High School Diploma/GED and eight years of experience OR Associate’s Degree and six years of experience OR Master’s degree and three years of experience Strong computer skills and experience with software applications May require a license based on department/institute needs Preferred qualifications for the ideal future caregiver include: Healthcare experience Experience in a leadership or supervisory role Knowledge of project management and communication practices Our caregivers continue to create the best outcomes for our patients across each of our facilities.
